Search Group is now under new management and owned by Perth marketing agency Toby Creative. With offices in Nedlands and meeting space at The University Club - UWA. They have a local team of experienced marketing professionals working with local Perth businesses.

Great to have Matt from Toby Creative (new owners and staff of the search group business) look after our Yanchep Connect Community NPG. Matt was sensational helping set up all our social media accounts, management and organisation al policies. The local organic search enabled our organisation to be found by those that actually needed to find our group.

kept my business local (in Perth) and simply got RIPPED OFF... Had problems getting thru over the phone as it rang out , staff are unprofessional and they created more work on my end even as I described my needs from the initial meeting with the director & locked me into a six month contract of which did not improve my overall sales or clicks. Communication was disgraceful. They have excuses for everything but don't seem to take into consideration the customers needs or the service is just BAD. stay away from this lot as they are definitely not worth the wasted effort or loss of my valuable time doing there job at my expense of $462 a month = 6 month contract.

This place seems to get worse and worse. All there local staff have left and they just outsource all the work - probably to India. To make it worse, Megan (the owner), is extremely rude and dismissive on the phone and doesn't seem to know the first thing about SEO. My advice is to try Oracle Digital instead, they outsource too but at least the owners know what they are talking about.
